Kimura Chuzosho Co., Ltd. Omaezaki Plant and Japan Metal Co., Ltd. are addressing environmental conservation through ISO 14001 as it is proven by the Minister of International Trade and Industry, recognizing our environmentally excellent performance. As part of our social responsibility, we are working hard to contribute to society through our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve environmental conservation. |

Omaezaki Plant Environmental Policy
We produces castings for stamping dies, castings for machine tools, and cast materials for industrial equipment by using the Full Mold Casting, and supplies them to users. Pursuing environmental conservation while producing castings is emphasized as one of the most important tasks of our plant operations. Throughout all of our plant operations, we will work hard to reduce the load on the environment. This is combined with our technological expertise to develop and supply technologies and products that facilitate environmental conservation, enabling us to contribute to the community.
Guideline of Conduct

We will set environmental targets and objectives within a possible technical and economical range by accurately understanding the influence on the environment of our business operations in Omaezaki and our products. We will periodically reconsider our environmental conservation in order to continue to improve it. |

We will work hard to cooperate with the community, while we also work hard to reduce the environmental burden and prevent pollution in every possible area of our business operations. |

Understanding that we are located in an agricultural area, we will rigorously carry out maintenance so that plant drainage does not result in deteriorating water quality and so trash does not leak out through our dust catchers. |

We will work hard to reduce waste, save resources and energy, and recycle resources. |

We will adhere to environmentally related laws, ordinances, and agreements. |

We will promote environmental conservation activities using the combined strength of all of our staff in order to implement our environmental policy. |

Gunma Plant Environmental Policy

We produces castings for stamping dies, casts for machine tools, and cast materials for industrial equipment by using full mold casting, and supplies them to users. Our environmental goals must be established and periodically reconsidered so that our environmental conservation work is improved on an ongoing basis in order to reduce the environmental burden to the minimum possible while producing the castings. |

Appropriate soundproofing measures must be taken against the noises generated from the self-generation facility, all production equipment, and work done. |

We will implement energy conservation by improving the efficiency of the self-generation facility, maintaining effective operation of production equipment, and keeping lighting use to a minimum. |
